U.N. Drive between Mamba Point and West Point in Monrovia follows the sea at the base of a steep hill. Few people are out walking in the dry season heat of a November afternoon.Waterside Market, stifling and congested, is one of the largest markets in Monrovia. Nearly anything and everything is for sale from shops, under umbrellas, or from roving street vendors.
